The Meeting will be held on November 24, 25 and 26 in videoconference over the internet. The Center for Excellence in Chess and the Chess Federation of Paraná also hosts the event, which will feature lectures by nationally and internationally renowned researchers.

The objectives of the Meeting include identifying and publicizing activities related to extension, teaching, research and innovation in the use of chess as an educational, pedagogical or therapeutic instrument.

It is also the objective of the event to value efforts and encourage initiatives of all results with chess research and to stimulate the exchange of experiences between chess research in Brazil and in the world.

The research will also seek to provide a space for reflection, evaluation, integration and the elaboration of new research, extension and innovation proposals with the use of chess. As a form of presentation it will be Oral Communication, Poster or Experience Report.

The event’s organizing committee includes Professors Doctor Valério Brusamolin (IFPR), Master Cleiton Marino Santana, Master’s student Emerson Nunes Brasilino (IFPR) and Master’s student Paulo Virgilio Rios Rodriguez (IFPR).
